I am a multidisciplinary business owner, licensed professional, and educator committed to building financial, educational, and practical stability for families and entrepreneurs. With a career that bridges education, real estate, financial services, and entrepreneurship, I bring an integrated, hands-on approach to every endeavor.

I am a Florida-licensed Realtor and certified property manager with experience in asset rehabilitation, real estate strategy, and long-term wealth positioning. In addition, I hold insurance and securities licenses in multiple states, serving as an independent financial strategist focused on helping individuals and families strengthen their “financial house.” My advisory philosophy centers on clarity, structure, risk awareness, and long-term sustainability.

As CEO of Staton Learning Systems, I develop training and consulting programs for educators, parents, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Drawing from my background as a seasoned educator, ABA therapist, and NCCER instructor, I specialize in bridging academic instruction with practical life skills. I have worked extensively with children and families, including those supporting students on the autism spectrum, and am passionate about equipping young people with entrepreneurship, construction trade skills, and financial literacy education.
